4.1 To place Wagers on pk1947, a Player must first register and maintain an Account. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any Balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
4.2 At registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk1947 login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. pk1947 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 pk1947 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
5.1 All financial transactions on the pk1947 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and USDT (TRC-20).
5.2 Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to the Account Balance instantly. Processing times for bank transfer deposits may vary. pk1947 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed only to payment methods in the Player's own name. pk1947 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. The standard processing period for withdrawal requests is one to five business days, depending on the method selected.
5.4 pk1947 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
5.5 In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, erroneous credit or system error, pk1947 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any affected funds pending investigation.
6.1 pk1947 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets or other incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Bonus Funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money Balance and Bonus Funds are tracked separately within the Account.
6.3 pk1947 reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets or exploiting software errors – constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and Account closure.
7.1 The specific rules governing each betting market, casino game and slot title available on pk1947 are set out within the relevant game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing Wagers.
7.2 Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the pk1947 Platform, it may not be amended or cancelled. Results are final upon settlement. In the case of a system error or manifest pricing error, pk1947 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes.

No content from the pk1947 Platform may be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk1947 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data or loss of profits.
10.2 pk1947 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. pk1947 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify Players in advance of scheduled maintenance.
10.3 pk1947's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 pk1947 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk1947.one/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 pk1947 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion to assist Players in managing their gaming activity. These tools are accessible through the Account settings page. 18+

13.1 pk1947 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity is identified; (c) the Account poses a regulatory, reputational or financial risk to pk1947; or (d) a competent authority directs pk1947 to take such action.
13.2 Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting pk1947 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any Bonus Funds and applicable charges) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.
14.1 pk1947 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk1947 Platform, you should first contact the pk1947 support team in writing. pk1947 will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable period.
15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with pk1947 support, the parties shall seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings.
